  • All orders depend on product availability.
  • We may cancel or decline an order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
  • We currently accept payments via iDEAL, Credit Card, and other secure methods shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on product availability and your location.
  • While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs).
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

 Returns & Exchanges

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
